Our laboratory is constantly being improved to provide full service to our moulders and end customers.
Apart from being responsible for extensive quality control, our Technical Service is fully equipped to assist our customers in determining material properties, packaging design and testing, automotive parts design and testing as well as moulding. Static and dynamic mechanical properties determination, cyclic climate testing, flammability, fogging VOC/FOG, rebound resilience, etc. will enable us to help our customers choose the most suitable material for their applications. We will provide full support in product and metal tool design, determination of moulding parameters and on-site moulding assistance. Our facilities also include qualified personnel and equipment to offer extensive support in automotive parts design and optimisation, as well as finite element crash simulation. The Eperan division laboratories also cooperate with several institutes in order to optimise service to our customers.
